Team Hub
The Team Hub is your central command center for managing your team, tracking training progress, and administering resources.
Access it from the Team Hub link in the top navigation bar.
Access Levels
Section titled “Access Levels”Not all Team Hub tabs are available to every user. Access depends on your role:

If you don’t belong to a team yet, you’ll see preview data so you can explore what’s available.
- Team Dashboard — At-a-glance team metrics, leaderboards, and scenario status
- Active Operations — Real-time monitoring of deployed environments and user activity
- Certification — Track team members through training phases and certification progress
- Activity Feed — Chronological feed of all team events and actions
- Export Reports — Download team reports and configure email summaries
- Voucher Management — Assign course vouchers, subscription time, and buddy passes
- Team Permissions — View team member permissions and access levels
